Our Purpose

Catherine and Simon met at Volta Charging, a Silicon Valley startup later acquired by Shell. That's where they learned what sets successful AI projects apart: technical depth, rigorous scoping, and close attention to the production environment.

They founded Mondrian (formerly iuvo) with a simple idea: bring together a small team of experts and give Quebec organizations the same technical depth found in the best AI teams in Silicon Valley.

The Inspiration Behind Mondrian

The name Mondrian draws on painter Piet Mondrian and his approach: using simple elements to bring order, balance, and movement out of chaos. Every element has its place, and nothing more than what's needed.
